At first glance the plastic handles look cheap, but appearances are deceptive: they're really solid. Maybe more pigment would have changed that ;) The system is only available in English and the exercise chart alone isn't enough to get the movements right. But the package includes printed instructions and a code for the ONLINE PORTAL. …
