Armaid – Targeted Massage for Hard-Working Forearms

Gripping bars, climbing or spending a day at the keyboard can give your forearms plenty to do. Armaid was developed by Terry Cross in 1999 to make targeted forearm massage more accessible.

The tool uses opposing rollers and interchangeable attachments to work on different areas. You control the pressure and movement, following the product's instructions.

For athletes and desk workers alike, Armaid can be part of a self-massage routine. Choose the attachment and approach that suit you, without turning every session into a test of how much pressure you can tolerate.
