Affenhand Weightlifting Belt – Size & Fit
Find your size
Measure your waist at belly button height. Use your body measurement, not your pants size.
Not sure which size to choose? Go for the smaller size. The ranges overlap, so also check the value in the “Ideal fit” column. For example, 83 cm is the reference value for M. Available sizes are shown in the product selector.

Affenhand Weightlifting Belt – more stability for heavy lifts
The bar is loaded, your workout won’t wait and your trunk wants backup. The Affenhand Weightlifting Belt gives you firm support for squats, deadlifts and Olympic lifting. Its strong hook-and-loop fastening fits quickly, precisely and securely. Add the right stiffness for hard sets without getting in your way during the workout.
Affenhand Weightlifting Belt for max loads
The Affenhand Weightlifting Belt is built for heavy lifts, strong bracing and clean control. It gives your trunk firm resistance during squats, deadlifts and Olympic lifting. That lets you brace harder, stay more stable and concentrate on the movement. It’s there exactly when the bar is loaded to the max and every detail counts.
Strong throughout your workout
During functional fitness workouts, the belt is instantly where it needs to be. The hook-and-loop closure is quick to fasten, quick to release and precise to adjust. You don’t lose time between lifts, carries or heavy intervals. You still get enough tension to work cleanly under high loads. Your brace stays strong while your workout keeps moving.
High-quality and firm
The stiffness hits the sweet spot: stable enough for real support, flexible enough for dynamic training. The hook-and-loop fastening holds extremely firmly and remains reliable after thousands of reps. An additional reinforcing bar provides even more fixation when things get serious. The Affenhand Weightlifting Belt feels premium, secure and durable without unnecessarily restricting you.
Sharp styles
The look is neatly finished yet distinctive enough for the gym. Choose classic black, an old-school black faux-leather look or a bold leopard print. Every version features fine embroidered logos, so your belt doesn’t look off-the-shelf. Match the Affenhand Weightlifting Belt to your training, your style and your next heavy set.
