Affenhand® Grip Weight Plates — load faster, train harder

You want to train, not scrape smooth plates off the floor. Very sensible. Affenhand® Grip Weight Plates make loading quicker, carrying easier and plate changes less awkward. Use them with barbells, plate-loaded machines or on their own. Quality construction, a secure grip and no nasty edges. Load up and get to work.

Grip weight plates for easier loading

Affenhand® Grip Weight Plates make loading less of a struggle. The grip openings let you hold each plate securely, lift it cleanly and slide it onto the bar quickly. No more scraping a flat plate off the floor like you are trying to recover your dignity. Save time, frustration and fiddling between sets.

For barbells, machines and plate exercises

These plates suit classic barbell strength training, plate-loaded machines and home gyms. You can also use them without a bar for front raises, Russian twists or loaded carries. A versatile training tool, not just a weight with a hole in it.

Quality construction and comfortable handling

These Affenhand® Grip Weight Plates feel the way gym equipment should: solid, well finished and ready to work. The handles sit comfortably in your hands, with no nasty edges or awkward slipping. No “Why does this plate hate me?” moments. Just controlled handling, a robust gym look and weights that get the job done.
