Maximum power with Affenhand Resistance Bands
Affenhand Resistance Bands take your training further, whether in the gym, at the box or at home. One meter long and available in different resistance levels, they’re ideal for pull-ups, mobility work and banded lifts. The bands are made from tough natural latex, making them highly stretchy, durable and reliable . Use them for technique work, mobility or extra tension during strength training.
Versatile training, from mobility to max strength
Pull-up assistance, banded bench presses or dynamic warm-ups: Affenhand Resistance Bands are true all-rounders. They’re ideal for beginners working toward a first pull-up and experienced athletes building explosive strength in presses and squats. Different resistance levels let you match the bands to your ability and scale your training precisely.
Smarter progression for faster results
The color-coded resistance levels make progress easy to track. Start with a stronger band to complete clean reps, then reduce the resistance week by week. Build real strength step by step, without frustration or plateaus. Affenhand Resistance Bands help you work consistently on your skills and improve your technique.
Tough, durable and built to take a load
Each band is made from high-quality natural latex with seamless construction. They handle high tension during intense lifts. Even with frequent use, they keep their elasticity and shape. Use them for heavy banded squats, explosive presses or mobility flows without worrying about premature wear.

Affenhand® – Gear for People Who Love Training
We come from the gym floor, the box and the community around them. At Affenhand, we bring together equipment for training, recovery and the everyday life of people who enjoy putting in the work.
Alongside brands such as RX Smart Gear, Bear KompleX and Theragun, you'll find our own Affenhand range. We select equipment we can get behind, from training accessories and apparel to a complete gym setup.
In 2019, we expanded our range with Affenhand Manufaktur: gym equipment produced in the EU, with close attention to how it is made. Racks, bars and more, for home gyms and professional training spaces.
We ship from Germany to customers across Europe. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or planning an entire gym, we're here to help you choose your gear. Serious about training. Always room for a little monkey business.
