Affenhand® Row Power Pin — compact equipment, serious strength

The Row Power Pin is your small but savage gateway to duck walks, power stairs and rows with attitude. Load 50 mm plates, secure the handle and your training plan suddenly feels a lot more honest. Moving dual handles, aggressive knurling and a compact setup deliver serious grip work, a burning back and that “Why am I doing this?” grin. Fewer excuses, more load, bigger impact.

Row Power Pin for serious strongman training

The Row Power Pin eats 50 mm plates for breakfast. Stack them on the pin, secure the handle assembly at the top and get moving. Build a compact strongman setup without rearranging half the gym. Load it, grip it, engage your back and let your ego say a quick prayer.

Moving dual handles with aggressive knurling

The two moving handles follow your line of pull for greater freedom. Aggressive knurling keeps your grip secure even when your hands have seen better days. Ideal for heavy rows, carries and punishing grip sessions. And yes, your upper body may feel like it just gained 10 horsepower.

Bent-over rows, duck walks and power stairs

Train bent-over rows, duck walks and power stairs with one tool. Work your back, legs, core and grip in one gloriously uncomfortable package. It fits Olympic 50 mm plates, so you can use the weights you already own. Less setup, more load and more drama per square meter.
