Affenhand® Seal Row and Hip Thrust Attachment — fire up your back and glutes

Your rack was getting bored. Now it has a job. This seal row and hip thrust attachment turns your setup into a compact back-training station with no excuses. No wobbling, no back pain, no space problem. Just clean rows, comfortable hip thrusts and a moving pad that seems smarter than your training plan. More control, comfort and output in less space, with plenty of style.

A fresh take on the seal row

Train your back without limits with this seal row and hip thrust attachment for Affenhand racks. Your lower back stays steady while your lats work hard. The setup encourages a clean position for more effective reps. Save space without adding a separate machine and get more tension, control and output from every set.

Adjust it to you

The height and angle are freely adjustable, and the pad moves with you for a natural, more comfortable motion. Nothing presses rigidly against your body, helping avoid pressure points. Made in the EU, with quality you can feel in every session.

Stability meets versatility

Mounted directly in your rack, the attachment stays stable even under heavy loads. Put your energy into your muscles instead of fighting a shaky setup. Use it for rows and comfortable hip thrusts without pressure on your back. Your rack becomes a compact machine for more exercises, more comfort and more progress.
