Affenhand® Swiss Bar — build strength through variety
Want to get stronger, but your body keeps making demands? Bring in the Affenhand Swiss Bar. More grip options add serious variety, giving your muscles something new to work with. Your joints stay comfortable even as the weight gets heavy. Made in the EU, it is built to handle it. Fewer excuses, more iron, more progress.
Affenhand Swiss Bar for maximum training variety
Multiple grip positions let you keep changing your training and challenge your muscles in new ways. Different angles help build strength and target weaknesses. Varying the movement also reduces repetitive strain. More variety, more growth, fewer plateaus.
Shoulder-friendly pressing
Train hard while looking after your joints. Neutral grip positions reduce strain on your shoulders and elbows, letting you press more often and train heavier without constant breaks for pain. Keep the work focused on your chest and triceps for efficient training. Less joint stress, more muscle-building focus.
Made in the EU and built rock solid
The Affenhand Swiss Bar is made in the EU for loads that would overwhelm lesser bars. Sturdy construction and uncompromising stability let you focus on your performance. Heavy sets or high intensity: this bar stays reliable, giving you the confidence to push your limits.

Affenhand® – Gear for People Who Love Training
We come from the gym floor, the box and the community around them. At Affenhand, we bring together equipment for training, recovery and the everyday life of people who enjoy putting in the work.
Alongside brands such as RX Smart Gear, Bear KompleX and Theragun, you'll find our own Affenhand range. We select equipment we can get behind, from training accessories and apparel to a complete gym setup.
In 2019, we expanded our range with Affenhand Manufaktur: gym equipment produced in the EU, with close attention to how it is made. Racks, bars and more, for home gyms and professional training spaces.
We ship from Germany to customers across Europe. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or planning an entire gym, we're here to help you choose your gear. Serious about training. Always room for a little monkey business.
