A serious challenge for your forearms

Affenhand® Grip Balls challenge athletes to take their grip further. Unstable, demanding, and effective, they deliver a different training stimulus. Whether you’re a climber, cross-training athlete, or martial artist , your hands won’t be the same afterward.

Wall or rack mounting — Flexible training

Train where you want. The balls are easy to attach to a wall, rig, or rack. Home or gym, you choose where the burn begins. Installation is simple enough for your laziest training buddy. Moving? Unscrew, pack, and go.

Serious grip — Beyond ordinary pull-up bars

Ordinary pull-up bars alone won’t give you every grip challenge you need. These grip balls challenge you differently: squeeze, balance, and resist instability. Build the grip that helps with rope climbs or sweaty-handed snatches.

For grip enthusiasts, from beginner to beast

Whether you’re starting grip strength training or already grip like a gorilla, Affenhand® Grip Balls let you keep progressing. Their size puts your fingers to work. Combine them with dead hangs, pull-ups, or rows for a setup that challenges you harder every week, in the best way.

Your favorite monkey’s verdict: “Now I crush coconuts with two fingers!”
